Teal on Blue + Leopard

//Shirt - Gifted // Necklace - Gifted from Forever21 //
// Jeans - American Eagle // Shoes - Target // Bag - Target //

I've been obsessed with these distressed skinny jeans lately - IF you haven't noticed. I have been dressing them down and dressing them up! I recently was given this teal necklace as a hand-me-down as one of my roommates prepares to move to Washington, D.C. and is trying to adjust to her soon major downsizing situation. The moment she handed it to me, I instantly knew I wanted to create this blue on blue look. To make things more fun, I added my leopard pumps. To me, adding leopard to any outfit gives it that pop of something it needed. What did y'all where this past weekend? Let me know in the comments below!

Black - Stud - Distress

Life lately has been calling for more casual outfits. This shirt is one of my go to pieces because of the subtle details going on. I really like studs on the arms, but my favorite part is the back tie. This allows me to adjust the way the shirt fits and it can either be really tight like a typical shirt or loose and off the shoulder. Wearing my distressed jeans and some simple black flats make this an easy and put together look.

- Cut Out -

Hello! I hope y'all had a good weekend - I was loving how bright and sunny it was here. Lately I've been obsessed with being very casual and comfortable, but still looking cute. I found this sweater with shoulder cut outs at Buckle and instantly fell in love with it! It is so comfy and has that feel like a quilt is wrapped around you. The sweater also paired very nicely with my cream colored flats. I threw on some jeans and the look was complete - easy as that!

{Photos from Seattle}

I had the most wonderful time in Seattle last week! Here are some of my pictures from my trip:
First we stopped by Pike Place Market

And of course the famous Gum Wall

I spotted the FIRST ever Starbucks
And this cute little piggy

The views on this trip were incredible!
Then we headed over to the local aquarium

 How cute is this guy!?
 I think this little grumpy fish was my favorite!

I loved being able to smell the freshness in the air from walking around outside the aquarium

We HAD to go see the Space Needle

These were the amazing views from above

We headed over to the Glass Museum - this guy is beyond talented!

I thought this was a pretty neat shot of two really amazing structures

This cutie kept following us around and modeled for me

We ate at this delicious restaurant named Ginza and had pumpkin stir fry

We went to a town called Seabeck. It was the quaintest little town and I loved being there
 I enjoyed seeing the mountains wherever we went. It was nice being able to see something new in the horizons
Could it get any more perfect? The widest and clearest rainbow I've ever seen popped up just as we were taking pictures of the scenery (sorry it's a bit blurry in this picture)

Although I had the best time ever seeing new places and seeing my family, I am very thankful that I was not near the Space Needle this week during the helicopter crash. I am thinking of all who were involved and their families during this sad time. I am very appreciative of the opportunity I was given to see this wonderful state and encourage anyone who has not been to see it.
My favorite parts from this trip were not documented in photographs. My family stopped by a national park/forest and it was wonderful. I love being in nature and it was the perfect spot for me to be in. And of course, the most important and best part was being with my family and sharing memories together.
